The New World is BAD

Conor and I went the movies last night (While Ann and Katie went to a different one which they liked). We did not like Ron Howard's The New World. It was way too long and boring ... poorly directed in my uneducated point of view. I have never seen indians kill so many colonists, yet the number of colonists keep increasing in the next view. The Williamsburg Historical Web site told the story of John Smith and Princess Pocahontas (Lady Rebecca) much better and it can be read in 15 minutes. The photograpy was the best thing about the film ... there was some good music too, but often it was too loud. But the theater was packed and the movie did make me come home and Google John Smith to read about the true history of the times.
